Has a very good balance between defending his man and getting possessions

Whilst i agree he turns it over more than we would like considering he is a technically good kick, tonight he has not done that

I really really like Billings...but wtf gives? He is so shite at goal kicking...he IS NOT ELITE.
He absolutely can not kick a worth a damn. He needs to go back to vfl and get his game sorted because he is so pathetic it is hurting his confidence everytime he misses and I am sick to death of watching him butcher the ball.

David - too much reliance on SMALL players with average skills and no elite fitness. The whole bloody team is slower than Hawthorn... and that is saying something!

I know I agree...but smart outclasses quick...Lenny wasn't endowed with wheels but he knew where to be to get the ball and he efficiently disposed of the pill...Billings get where he needs to be but he cant kick goals...as others have said we lack a mongrel like Bakes to tag the Mitchell's of the AFL.

Ross - too much like Goddard. BIG head... know all... great skills... used sparingly... not interested sometimes.
Stevens - the Lone Ranger.
No skills... No Game Plan... (see previous observations)
