All great line coaches or development coaches or whatever the hell you want to call them...all suck at senior coach position. Different skill set, sadly all found wanting! Fascinating to see how the club deals with this dilemma now! All spirit looks sapped from the playing group. Mass loss of form/confidence. Dear oh dear how do we get out of this mess?!
