What action should take priority for the club:
1. Stay clam and continue to recruit from the draft in an orderly manner; ....accept we will finish low on the ladder but in time secure high draft picks with the hope that a quality team will evolve...eg Melbourne, Dogs
2. Concentrate on player development; Build on what we have in the hope quality team will develop through concerted effort.....eg Hawthorn
3. Go hard after free agents; Attempt to buy success...eg Sydney
4. Max out on the salary cap; again attempt to buy success....eg Sydney
5. Beg the AFL for priority picks; ask AFL to buy success for us...eg Sydney Brisbane, GWS
6. Relocate /merge to Tassie; hope that a change of scenery will bring success...eg Sydney, Brisbane
7. Sack the coach and Board etc ; Go nuclear and throw all the toys out of the cot.....eg never worked for anyone!
8. Reassess the meaning of success and be content that we may never win a premiership in our lifetime?
etc.....

There are two 5s?
What the hell is the club saving its warchest for?
Either go out and get everything it can get, or might as well fold.

Clarko might reckon they all should be 'schnitzelled'. If Richo can't get us going he needs to be 'schnitzelled'
Trout should have been 'schnitzelled' ages ago

How about we chill the f out and realise it’s round 3.
The Dogs looked like the Half Time Auskick kids in the first two rounds but bounced back today to beat the highly fancied Bombers. Our boys have a big win around the corner but they won’t if nobody turns up to the games!

Err. I think they said they've tried all those things. And none of them have worked. You're like the late, great, Sir Eric Pearce, with the late news. Try again, genius!
"Is this the right room for an argument?"
"I told you once."
"No, you didn't."
"Yes, I did."
"Listen, an argument isn't just the automatic gainsaying of anything the other person says, it's a series of statements designed to support a particular conclusion."
"No, it isn't."
"Oh, I've had enough of this."
"No you haven't"
"Oh shut up."
