It was evident last year he was a player...
Moves athletically, nice mark and kick.
He is the future the other two are not simple as that.

Sauce is close to the best ruck in the AFL...

Any of our rucks would have been carved up by him, Rowan has put by far the best performance of a ruck at our club in 6 months (in game months)

Rowan started well but has run out of petrol (understandable), not ready to carry 1st Ruck yet, im not knocking him, just saying how it is!!!!!

At the game...watching Gawn not being smashed by Longer. Had he concentrated on the ball instead of leaping directly into Longer he'd have probably done much better. At least he hit the scoreboard.

Well many would argue that despite that one good game, Longer hasn’t exactly been carrying the ruck well either.

But anyway, many will agree that that was a super impressive game by Marshall who certainly earned himself another few games at least

Keep playing him #1, he will be cooked in 3rnds, blind Freddy could see Rowan run out of steam after a bright start!!!!!

He did run out of puff but at least he's something we can be optimistic about. Even if we have to drop a tall forward to play him as second ruck all year we should do it.

Yeah, remember that one time Longer broke even with the opposing ruckman?!?

Marshall should be picked every week unless he totally falls over, ruckwork and tank will only improve by playing, in every other aspect he is already miles ahead of Longer

Geez, who would be sad about dropping one of our tall forwards? Might be worth a punt, looks like we're starting off a development year after all...changing a few things up might just save Richo's skin. Carrying Hickey or Longer would be the issue though.
