Carlisle is the most overrated player we have. What does he actually do? What??
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

How's Coffield looking? From what I'm hearing, the number of goals kicked on the run from their half forward line seems to suggest there's not a lot happening on our half back line so far?Jacks Back wrote:Clark again looks like a smooth mover and can actually pass the ball directly to one of our guys.degruch wrote:The only press I've been seeing this week is what a great guy Gears is and tons of articles on Coffield/Hunter looking ready after playing the Carlton under-18's last week.chook23 wrote:we have been drinking our bath water through the pre season...........

Our bombing into the F50 if woeful.
I don't think our coach is up to it. You can only be positive and pleased for so long. To win finals you need tactics and an actual f****** game plan.

There was talk of being a good premiership chance by the coach and at least one assistant.......degruch wrote:The only press I've been seeing this week is what a great guy Gears is and tons of articles on Coffield/Hunter looking ready after playing the Carlton under-18's last week.chook23 wrote:we have been drinking our bath water through the pre season...........

a number of friends (supporters of other teams) thought it very over top by the club.......

Haha! I would have liked to have seen that, I need a good laugh. I can usually call a Saints year within a few ladder positions, but have absolutely no idea this season...these praccy matches aren't making it any clearer, but do they ever?chook23 wrote:There was talk of being a good premiership chance by the coach and at least one assistant.......degruch wrote:The only press I've been seeing this week is what a great guy Gears is and tons of articles on Coffield/Hunter looking ready after playing the Carlton under-18's last week.chook23 wrote:we have been drinking our bath water through the pre season...........

Marshall has done more in first 5 minutes than Hickey did in first half.MC Gusto wrote:Geez Marshall looks a player

Right now, Marshall looks vetter than both Longer and Hickey.
Think of me long enough to make a memory.

I don't believe it, Hickey and Marshall interchanging in the ruck.
