I so wanted the wrist band for another day- but it had died by the time I got home- and given it was activated remotely at specific times I have no way of knowing how to get it on again

Meal was better than we have had in the past at Peninsula, gnochi, beef or chicken and delightful chocolate tart with sweet highlights and Turkish delight for when the coffee finally arrived.

Nick and Joey were amazingly generous with the photo opportunity- that is 2 if not 3 times on the last few weeks that they have stood there and smiled for over 30 minutes.
along with Nick hanging around until every last item was signed at the open training.

several around me agreed it was the best atmosphere and mood we had experienced at a B&F - .

one beef  -- WHY oh WHY do people insist on talking during speeches- you never know when you are going to hear some again but still people natter - although toward the end it was the players as much as anyone.

any guesses on the player who arrived by Obike :)

This article explains each clubs voting
http://www.google.com.au/amp/s/coupler. ... ce033376a0

The Saints system
HOW IT’S WON

The five members of the coaching panel each give votes to as many or as few players as they see fit after every game on the following system: One vote; played role effectively. Two votes; among the team’s best. Three votes; among the very best on the ground. Four votes; an exceptionally outstanding game.

See I would would say that position 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 highlight our biggest problem...

Billings, Webster, Gresh, Newnes, Steven

All of those guys with the exception of perhaps Jimmy, should be A-Grade players... none of them played like it this season.

Now Gresh is developing, Billings showed flashes, Newnes and Webster have too big a gap from best to worst and Steven pbly lacked fitness post the lung thing.

10% improvement from those guys and we're pushing top 4

Did the wristband light up and what was its function at the B n F?

2020 was an aberration, when we travelled twice to Adelaide and won both, beat Tigers early, beat our bogey Swans. 2021 we've returned to our old ways. Damn

Where did Billy finish?

"Is this the right room for an argument?"
"I told you once."
"No, you didn't."
"Yes, I did."
"Listen, an argument isn't just the automatic gainsaying of anything the other person says, it's a series of statements designed to support a particular conclusion."
"No, it isn't."
"Oh, I've had enough of this."
"No you haven't"
"Oh shut up."

someone on our table got the battery out- simple enough- but then it didn't work once put back in - so obviously then disconnected from the preset.

yes when there was an announcement or during a video presentation- ie Purple for the Maddie tribute.
and then remained red after the event- but I don't know if time or distance - as I didn't note when it stopped showing on the way home.

Great night. Got to chat to a couple of players . Had my photo taken with several champions of the club.
Loved the live performance of the club song. Magical.

This!
Above all else, trade speculation or what have you, this is what has me excited for next year.
For a team that was more o less the same as last year, how many guys had run of the mill years. Yes there was Ross and Billings showed a bit, but aside from that.
You've had a skeptic out of me!
