Will begin to hit his straps soon. Watch him once he gets to about 80 games.
He'll be a match winner.

2020 was an aberration, when we travelled twice to Adelaide and won both, beat Tigers early, beat our bogey Swans. 2021 we've returned to our old ways. Damn

Re: Bl8cres signs 2 yr extension
It's always a good sign when players in demand want to stay. People have been complaining that we have not been able to attract a 'big fish' but we could be losing players, which we are not, so it could be a lot worse.

In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Hardie is one of those idiots common in the media, like Barrett, magnifisaint wrote:More so Brad Hardie. He continually makes up bulls***!MickThomas wrote:Those media morons who were so keen on him

Brad Hardie and the rest of the idiots
who makes up rubbish in order to generate clicks.
The more response he gets, the happier his bosses are, the happier the shareholders are.
He is using the AFL as a cash cow, and somebody should publicly 'out' him as a pure attention seeker.
He's like a panel beater doing a rain dance every morning, hoping for wet weather,
so there's more crashes= more income for him.
Except Hardie + Barrett actually have that influence.

Re: Bl8cres signs 2 yr extension
Great news... Blake has only played 44 games his improvement in the next 3 years will be very exciting.
Modern proto type mid fielder... you will be hearing a lot more about this boy moving forward.

Great news. 8cres could be the next combined Fyfe and Dusty.
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

Well there's a bit of hype about him because we can see the type of player he could become. Let's hope they let him loose in the guts and see what happens.Jacks Back wrote:Great news. 8cres could be the next combined Fyfe and Dusty.

So I guess our pay structure top 10 looks something like:
Steven
Carlisle
Roberton
Bruce
Ross
Billings
Newnes
Geary
Steele
Acres

Re: Bl8cres signs 2 yr extension
Quite an important signing in the grand scheme of things. Arguably the player with the most potential on the list.
You see glimpses of it. When he breaks through tackles with apparent ease and then runs through lines.
Coaches riding him harder than most. If he went to another club you just know that he would blossom and drive you absolutely crazy for years to come.

"Now the ball is loose, it gives St. Kilda a rough chance. Black. Good handpass. Voss. Schwarze now, the defender, can run and from a long way".....

Re: Bl8cres signs 2 yr extension
He's not matched the hype as yet, but he keeps developing, and that's a good thing.

It's good to retain players with excellent prospects of significant improvement in them. It's still early days for Blake.

I don't care who is in the top 10 just so long as they are not taking more than 60% of the salary cap between them.Con Gorozidis wrote:So I guess our pay structure top 10 looks something like:
