Just heard on SEN that Aaron Hamill will be coaching Sandringham next year and that Lindsay Gilbee will now be a development coach.

So looks like we are after a forwards coach. About time!

We definitely need some new coaching blood/views for next year. We looked stale this year. Someone from another high profile club, would be a good move, as IP is becoming more important every year.

Sorry but if all we do is slide our assistants around that is pretty pathetic.

If you look at all of our assistant coaches there is bugga coaching experience from coaches being at succesfull cubs while they were actually coaching.

It is time to add an assistant or two with a great body of work at a top club.

No we do not need ex players with "L Plates" in terms of coaching experience as much as we need assistant coaches who are proven assistant coaches at successful clubs.
