Re: Roberton to Brisbane
This is a joke.
He, his wife and his kids love being in Melbourne.
He was prepared to sacrifice an AFL career to live here closer to his family before the Saints picked him up.

3 young kids as well as living close to family and friends... would go against everything he's worked towards in the last 5 years of his life.

I dont spend all day on here ... unfortunately have to work.
Just passing on what I heard through a real estate agent helping him find a property and helping getting the kids into schools. Still remains unsigned with the Saints

Ahhhhhhh I think perhaps that you're just being a naughty mischief maker! But hey, why would he want to stay with a club that's on the up?repta wrote:I dont spend all day on here ... unfortunately have to work.

Re: Roberton to Brisbane
This would have to be more of a BS rumour that the Saints were willing to let Billings go in a trade for Goldstein. lol

Re: Roberton to Brisbane
Moderators have reviewed repta's posting history and rather than being a troll it seems he is just posting a rumour he / she heard - not as a fact and clearly stated as rumour. As we all know, MANY rumours turn out to be wrong, some correct at that point in time and then wrong!Sainternist wrote:Yep, I reported them. The Fireman wrote:the op has not responded to any posts...me thinks troll
Will never forget the day that I had an SMS from a club ITK that Ross Lyon had agreed to terms and was coming in at 10am that next morning to sign his new coaching contract and I posted it on this board ... what a goose I ended up looking like! Well not as much of a goose as Nettlefold.
AwayInUSA no longer ... have based myself back in Melbourne for a decade of Saintsational Success (with regular trips back to the USA)

Congratulations for creating the dumbest thread on Saintsational for the 2017 season!repta wrote:I have heard through the bush telegraph, Roberton has been up in Brisbane seeking somewhere to live.

To be fair - It is just as likely he WAS infact looking at real estate. He wouldnt be the first person to look at real estate.

I strongly suspect it was Dylan's manager dropping the Hawks and Brisbane rumours simply to up his price.
