Footy show tonight: RB made decisions whilst drunk
And using cocaine.
"Catastrophic decisions" is the blurb from Eddie re revelations about Butters on tonight's show.
Not new news that RB was an alcoholic, but there may be something revealed perhaps.

Isn't that how the majority of key high level decisions are made in the corporate world?

What a narcissist.
How does this help the footy club? Just feeds the stereotype the current administration has worked hard to change

The grubs at 9 said you have to go to the stupid 9now app to watch the whole interview

Roo seemed genuinely shocked by the interview and denied any connection the players may have had with cocaine.
Also mentioned the sacking of Grant Thomas by Butterss in his damaged (not his word) state after playing 3 successive finals series.

F##king major disappointment. Can't believe a coke head and alcoholic was running the joint for 8 years...a major sporting club in one of the most watched sports in the world. Very confident he was the only one on it.

Rod took drugs and got pissed. Oh really???????? Old news. Kudos to Butterssss for cleaning his life up. My son played cricket with him last year and said he was a great bloke who was helping others with their addictions. Typical Barrett. Nothing to see here folks, move along now. Hopefully some people seek help for their problems out of that interview. Otherwise, a complete waste of time and space. A bit like Barrett himself.
I think you're pretty tough, don't I?

Presume that comment's come with the career-long insight gained from your hands-on experience in the corporate sector? Or did you read that's how you're supposed 'think' in the Hun?Devilhead wrote:Isn't that how the majority of key high level decisions are made in the corporate world?

Blast from the past today with rodger posting in a Johnny Member thread and saynta bringing back the ffs eye-roll.saynta wrote:Darth Vader wrote:A major factor in GT falling out with him. Ch9 are ar soles for ambushing nick . If he had of seen it prior he could have prepared a response to some of the questions he was asked.

This is ancient news.

Barrett truly is a hack.

It was a crying shame that those two fell out so badly. May have cost us a flag or three.StPeter wrote:Roo seemed genuinely shocked by the interview and denied any connection the players may have had with cocaine.

Sacking Grant Thomas and putting in Ross Lyon....
This was a superb decision. Not sure what the fuss is about.

Re: Footy show tonight: RB made decisions whilst drunk
There is a hidden agenda here about discrediting St Kilda. Trying to make them look like damaged goods so that any "prospective draftees" might rethink and stay away. McGuire and Barrett have a lot to answer, for mud racking and airing dirty laundry. It says a lot about both of their characters and they both have form. McGuire is the proverbial backstabber and has been caught out more than a few times, Barrett is just talentless journo hack who'd turn on his family, just for a "story". Talk about Trivial Pursuit.
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.
