Hopefully Paddy can have a bit of luck and string together some games.
I think we should aim to win a final and that this is not setting the bar too high.
Obviously kicking for goal and composure are major areas for work over summer. It alone is probably responsible for us not figuring in the finals this season.
We are the worst performed club in the competition in this regard. Terrible efficiency and too often no reward for dominating large periods of games except for a succession of points.
So scrutinise every player's technique and get a shrink in if necessary. It's too important an area of the game not to get right.
Get a shrink?
We had Mark Spargo from Dec 2014, he's been in sports psych for years, but he seems to have disappeared from the club website
although his Linkedin Profile still says Saints from Dec 2014-present
Dunstan has spent a lot of time with Emma Murphy's family - she is a sports psych- it's all in an article put on this forum about a week ago

Folks like ToT say that Billings kicks on the run fairly smoothly, but lining up for goal, his arms are stiff, he doesn't flow nicely
Maybe he needs to relax- JB should spend time with her as well
I know when I try to tee off at golf, I am stiff and rigid, I can't hit well
I see others nice and smooth, wish I could do that
