To the left to the left,
everything you kick stray it off to the left,
If your a forward, please dont rush
Kick a goal or were stuffed.

Keep kicking that mess, its fine
can you run and bounce at the same time?
And its Bruce who was heavily tagged,
so someone else present and kick a fk bag!

Cheers Beyonce!

The Tiger and the Lion may be more powerful, but the Wolf does not perform in the circus.

When I find myself in tweets o’ trouble,
Mother Russia comes to me,
Speaking words of wisdom... "Covfefe!"

When I find my team in heaps o’ trouble,
After four poor Sessions it comes to me,
Speaking words of wisdom... should have stood up to crooked Sydney!!!

So I turn to J Kelly
And watch how we went against Port on the telly.

Not so bad after all.
Would have won, if we'd just built a proper bloody wall!!!
Believe me, if more folks would only take heed,
I've long(er) been saying that's what we need!

I won't go to town,
about a certain clown.
But folks, our defenders......
There will be no more transgenders!!!

At least we saw a good 2nd game from White.
No surprise, Steve Bannon tells me White's right.
But back to the wall.
We need to build a proper one, once and for all.
(A solar one would be nice.)
And also, bring in Bailey white Rice!

Rooey has retired,
This season will be his last.
Thanks for the good times,
It has been a blast.

Round 20

It was pleasing to see all the little things
That meant our team clipped the Eagles wings

With the game in the balance and the scores so tight
Our boys stood strong and were up for the fight

I support the Saints with spirit and pride
Cos we are a gutsy and improving side

I'm just a poor boy, but everybody loves me.
Just a poor boy from a poor family,

I see a @#$!’g little silhouetto of a man,
@#$!’g Scaramucci, Scaramucci, Anthony @#$!’g Scaramucci
@#$!’g Thunderbolt and @#$!’g lightning
Very @#$!’g frightening
You’re @#$!’g fired!

I see a little silhouetto of a team
Cokeheads and drugies
Thunderbolt and lightning
Saint’s stat’s domination, very frightening.
By that last quarter, Eagles, you’re tired!

Mama, just killed a team,
Put a gun against its head,
Pulled the trigger, now it's dead.
Mama, their life had just begun,
But now we've gone and thrown them all away.

Mama, ooh,
Didn't mean to make them cry, (did actually  )
But we’ll back again this time tomorrow (week),
Because Beelzebub has a demon put aside for us, for us, for us (can't wait :D ).

Too late, their time has come,
Goodbye, everybody, Demon’s got to go,
Gotta leave them behind to face the Bruce.

For we will carry on, carry on, as nothing about the Demons really matters.
They need no sympathy.

Round 21

Not quite the poem I hoped to share
The opening quarter was our worst nightmare

At least we showed some grit and fight
A few correction can put things right

Our boys they play with heart and pride
But need to think more clearly to be a finals side

Tribute to Roo

I've penned a tribute to our champ named Roo
A St Kilda legend who is loyal and true

In racing terms he is one classy stayer
But footy is not about a single player

To rise to the top like the best of cream
Requires commitment from the entire team

The best way to honour this courageous man
Is to be a positive St Kilda fan

Good on you, Rhyming Saints - love reading these. You add a bit of class to this site (mind you, wouldn't be hard!)

Round 22

A solid win, the end is near
To a promising but not quite successful year

Our boys have shown they are prepared to fight
But need to be instinctive when games are tight

Consistent performance comes when minds are clear
When everyone commits and shows no fear
