Re: Blight? Worth another punt?
What about we get the old firm Baker & Milne back in to teach the players some scrapping?
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

Mad Dog Muir for PR? How about Rod Butterss as social events director? Oscar Pretorious for kicking coach ( can't go much worse than the current one!) Hmmmmmm? Decisions decisions!

Re: Blight? Worth another punt?
Blight loves golf.
Moving back to Moorabbin, means he's not too far from Royal Melbourne.
Install a solarium in his coach's office so he can feel like he's on the Gold Coast.
If he wants the team to sit in a circle on the ground after a game (the naughty corner?)
that's OK because we need some wackiness and weirdness
If he wants to spend 3 hours preparing for the next game by looking at a totally blank notebook,
hey, that's Blighty.
if he insists on calling us SAINT Kilda instead of St Kilda, well, he's from Adelaide and they are weird cats, hey.

Why not. Reckon he might be worth 2 mill.
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Re: Blight? Worth another punt?
Bring him back for one season, so we can confirm Buttersssss made the right decision in sacking him last time. Besides, we could use a good laugh at the moment. We'll have to set up a smoking area in the new facility, just for Blighty. Not that he adhered to the non smoking rules in the building or coach's box last time around! Perhaps we could have a "Smokers' Stand" named after Malcom.
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

Maybe we could get Jim Carrey (in his "mask" persona) to do the membership motto: "SSSSMMMMMMMMMMMMO-KIN! with Blighty"White Winmar wrote:Bring him back for one season, so we can confirm Buttersssss made the right decision in sacking him last time.
