It's not much short of Barry Hall IMHO. If Houli gets 4 (given Houli wasn't looking and lashed out & got seriously unlucky in getting Lamb flush); I can't see how Bugg's sh1t act is not worth 6.

The tribunal to concur and reduce the penalty from 6 weeks to 3. However the AFL will appeal using Saturday Age and swat the discount back to the original penalty.
