I'd like to mention Jack Lonie. Didn't get near it early, but after he kicked his goal (and what a beauty it was) he was really good. He has beautiful footskills, that pass to Riewoldt covered 55-60 metres and was waiting there for Roo to take easily. Unfortunately Roo then completely buggered it up! He's our small forward going forward.

Acres back to Zebs, sadly.
8 touches only.
I don't know who comes in for him.

Did we not rate Browns game?
They held sway in the midfield, perfect condition
He flogged one of the premier key forwards in the league, and used it well on the way out....
Geary played well too...

Re: Votes v Suns
It's hard to get Steele, Dunstan and Koby in the one side. Three is too many of that type.stonecold wrote:Steele comes in for him!!!!!bigcarl wrote:Keep the faith. We know he can play.WellardSaint wrote:Acres back to Zebs, sadly.

Couldn't agree more. Held Lynch to 1 behind. And Geary retained his cool all game.BigMart wrote:Did we not rate Browns game?

Re: Votes v Suns
He had a quiet one but we need to persevere. I can't see how dropping one of our most talented young players takes the club forward.WellardSaint wrote:Acres back to Zebs, sadly.

At the very least he should survive under the, "we decided to stick with the team that won against ----" clause that is often invoked.
He does look lazy at times but I doubt that he is. I'm puzzled that he's not been considered or used much at the clearances. He has has the body for it and certainly doesn't shirk the physical stuff.
To me he has the right combination of inside and outside skills to play there, but instead he is consigned to the flanks.
