CityWest 2 Week Ban

The moderators have issued 3 warnings to CityWest within a 7 day period (based on time of the breaches) and as such he has earned an automatic two week ban.

The third warning was for the inflammatory nature of his signature which had become an enlarged, bold and coloured McSTAKE and was deemed to be a deliberate attempt to remind the forum of his view on McCartin with every post and bait and further inflame the community.

The user has been also warned that such activity will be viewed as trolling in the future.

The user has also been warned that starting outrageous threads that are then deemed by the moderators to be made only to inflame the community will also be viewed as trolling. These would have to be extreme opinions like AXING club champion Nick Riewoldt mid season!

The penalties for trolling are either one month bans or permanent bans.

If he does troll, then the next step will be a one month ban and then a permanent ban.

Escalating penalty system allows posters time to change their style.

Some take advantage of this. Others do not.

Please do not BAIT or COMMENT on citywest in this thread.

To do so, may be viewed by the moderators as a breach of the rules and warnings may be issued.

Instead, please respect the rules and the process.

That McStake thing was really poor form. I understand if people don't agree with the selection, but turning on our own like that, and to have it highlighted like it was. I was going to say something but seeing how much I defend McCartin I figured it wouldn't be taken seriously. I'm glad the mods did something about it. Thanks!!
