Taylor and Matthews are complete, biased imbciles. Trying to argue the Hawkins free to Roberton was not a free.
Sure he was going for the mark, but only if he could push Robo out with his knee first.
As the man in Yellow would say: "an unrealistic attempt".

We have done a superb job on THawk so far.
How good is Seb. Loves playing against the Cats.
Enjoyable half so far, apart from the umpiring.

Is there anyone more boring or monotone to listen to than Jimmy Bartel. Seriously what the hell is he doing out there? Basically interviewing his mates after every quarter, if that bloke can get a gig on tv anyone can

Geelong are soft and their game plan is all based on counter attack.

players generally improve between 20 and 23skeptic wrote:Surely the Lonie vs Minch debate is put to rest
id say a 23 year ol Minch is looking better than a 20 year old Lonie
I would suspect that 22 year old Jack Sinclair may be of more value right now than 19 year old Ben Long..
I guess it is hard to balance development and success... good to have the depth though, it is showing up already this season
Look as well at Longer, really our depth ruckman having a good game....

Re: Match thread v cats
Counter attack is the new black forbA coaches, IMO. It's what you do when you have a relatively weak list with a few stars. Unlike in soccer, I don't think it's a premiership-winning approach, but you can win some games and keep boards and fans fairly happy.
The way to beat counter-attacking sides is to take your chances. Come on saints! Kick straight!
