We've been magnificent. Umpiring notwithstanding. Play that in the second half and we'll win

Umpiring slaughtering us. Holding, high, deliberate, touched, high, fifty, in the back. It's blatant, disgraceful, and scandalous. F*ck them so bad cheating pricks!

Free kicks 13 to 2

Our defense has been very good, plus have creating a lot of drive. Gilbo and Robo both very good.

http://thearcfooty.com/2016/04/23/freekicksathome/We’ve established that West Coast gets an average of around 4 net free kicks when they play at home. This means that the Eagles get 4 more free kicks in their favour than their opponents. But is this because the Eagles are given a lot more free kicks, or because they concede fewer frees to the opposition? It turns out that the answer is both. The Eagles get an average of over 20 free kicks in their favour in home games, the most in the league, while conceding fewer than 16 per game, the second lowest in the league

Good to see a few of the boys including Monty talking to the umpires at half time.
Perhaps they politely asked why there are two sets of rules.

Yes, the umpies are killing us, couldn't have asked for worse. But, we're still in front by 9 points, despite them having an 11 extra on their own dung heap.
Also, hostile away game in Perth, they were always going to pay Geary's OFB as deliberate.

It's getting a mention on the coverage as an interesting aside but no outrage. At least it's being mentioned I suppose, slightly better than usual.carn_sainter wrote:Do it! Lonie has been pretty good apart from missing that goal he should have iced.

Re: Match thread v Eagles
After the Mav "point" Hurn stuffed the kick up. Gaff was tackled and just threw it away, then Hurn is tackled and he just lies on top of the ball waiting for the umpire to call a ball up. 30 seconds of unbelievable incompetence.

Josh Bruce needs to lift - bring it to ground at least?
3 times he hasn't impacted a marking contest... and WC defender has take a pack mark. Cardinal sin for a key forward.
Carlisle does not defend at all
Brown excellent

Just a thought to anybody that may be on the same plane back from Perth as the umpires.
Instead of switching your mobile phone to flight mode, switch on the record mode and try to sit near the white maggots. I reckon we are seeing "whispers in the air Mk2".
