Backline looks very vulnerable.
Mid field doing well. Dunstan going well.
Too many crap kicks. Missed some sitters. Billings and Lonie worst culprits.

What did Webster do?
Hacked the ball out of mid-air 15m from the west coast goal, just kicked it blind, anywhere (towards the corridor), without a clue. Massive turnover. Zero composure or skill, cost a goal.

Acres hunting the ball and running in space on a couple of occasions. Looking good.

Backline helped massively by the mids and forwards. Conceding a high number of goals per inside 50.

Great start by the saints for effort and rpessure across the board.

But my word, the skills need to be better. Missing targets in space on 30m passes. Really need to clean it up.

Very commendable start though. C'mon Saints!!

Q1 over, excellent last minute goal to Paddy, (Ross to Bruce to Paddy to GOAL). Hickey doing well. Gresham and Acres looking up and about. We're up 43 to 24

Paddy marks, 45 degree angle and goals from 30 on the siren. Saints 6.7.43 Eagles 4.0.24 at qtr time.

All StKilda in general play, fantastic pressure, particularly in our forward 50. 2 goals from intercepted kick ins.

Ross winning plenty of it and Acres looking every bit the elite player I reckon he is (warts and all). Those wanting to drop Hickey for Longer - perhaps you might get a stand up gig at the Comedy Festival. Big Tom terrific to 1/4 time.
