Con's onto me....but in all honesty some of the garbage from some posters on here about Gilbert is laughable and shows a real lack of football nous.

Gilbert is servicable and deserves his spot over what we have in reserves. Brown would go before Gilbert for eg.

So yes Con a bit of a stir but how can you be serious on here when surrounded by so many tossers.

This question used to be easy. It was Harvey, Burke, Lowe & then Spider came along.

Based on last year, the most important third player would be Members, Ross & then Hickey...but preseason form seems to have turned this on it's head which has created this post.

In our GF years it was bloody easy to name the top 6.

Roo, Hayes, Dal, Chips, Joey, Goddard. Then we went to Milne, Schneider, Gram.

Easton Wood, Mitch Wallis, Jack Macrae, Hunter, Boyd, Jake Stringer, Libba, JJ would all be in the reckoning.

We dont have a single stand out candidate.

I just checked out "Other" on google and YouTube. Boy, what a player! He's 193 cm tall, strong build with explosive speed and incredible endurance. Strong overhead and has superb disposal by hand or foot. Good in close and can win his own ball, but can also break the lines with outside run. Clever around the goals and a deadly finisher. Great decision maker. Superb team man, who cracks in and leads all the one per center categories. A true leader, on and off the field. Does charity work in his spare time, volunteering at animal shelters and soup kitchens. In the off season he helps communities in need overseas. Sports a top knot and ironic beard. Has his own t-shirt and underwear line. Elaborate sleeve tattoos with mum inked over his heart. None on his neck. Hopes to start his own philanthropic foundation on retirement from the game, although at 21, that is still a long way off. I'm excited. Exactly what we need.

Someone is brilliant but erratic, WS. A bit of an unknown quantity. Like Ian Stewart, to "Others" Darrel Baldock like qualities. Worth the risk I think, but if it comes down to a choice between the two, prefer Other(s).
