Jasper Pittard
New poster to this forum, just wondering what everyone's thoughts on trying to acquire Jasper Pittard through free agency, obviously we will try to get Fyfe or Martin but if we can't land them I think Pittard would be a good addition to our backline.

Gone a bit early?
Let's see if he is still a FA in September.
Otherwise a wasted thread.

Re: Jasper Pittard
Don't need him
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Now, you have never gone early in any of your posts have you...Con Gorozidis wrote:Gone a bit early?
.
However id the Saints were interested they would need to be sounding him out now. You cannot wait till the last minute if you want to nail a good player. And the better the player the earlier you need to be.
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....
Re: Jasper Pittard
We could have had him
Pick 16 2009
Which was our pick
We traded that ESS for A.Lovett who ontraded it. Lovett was a well known drunk, had been involved in domestic violence and was just regarded as a c***

Re: Jasper Pittard
Sorry Nobby old chap.
Didn't notice it was a first post.
Welcome aboard.
But sure if he is there and keen then I'd look at him.
Much improved player.
Would be similar to Webster and White in terms of position.
P.s I think I will revert to using the word 'position" rather than the HR department terminology of 'role'.

Re: Jasper Pittard
Welcome z-knob.
I think he's a gun and ahead of most available free agents this year.
If we don't land one of the big guns I'd be pretty happy if we could land pittard.

Re: Jasper Pittard
Only so every time he makes an error I can say "Wow...hoisted on his own Pittard". It would be worth it just to be able to use that juicy delicious phrase every week. Get him!
