Got a few touches that qtr but I wouldn't have thought he'd have a lot.saynta wrote:Doesn't look to be stuggling to me.Bluthy wrote:Blake struggling to get into it. Needs to learn to impose himself when he's struggling

McCartin is a bloody smart footballer, just body positioning and reading the play.
Long got his hands on it a couple of times. Didn't show much but doesn't look out of his depth, up for the contest which is the first tick.
Wright also looked pretty good, I had a couple overtaking him this year, i might have to re assess
Bruce still dominating

Well done Lonie. Showing some good touch this game. That's what he needs to do - set up other players and use his skills.
Re: Match Thread v Blues JLT 2
McCartin 11 marks. Showing great endurance to get way up the field. Maybe Macca will be the lead out dude and Bruce the more stay at home. Bruce did look a bit tired last year trying to run so much
Re: Match Thread v Blues JLT 2
Acres what a switch up - huge kick. Brilliant. That is what he can do
Re: Match Thread v Blues JLT 2
Browns kicking has been really neat. Hope its not just one of the those matches for him.
Re: Match Thread v Blues JLT 2
Stevens hasn't impressed me today. Seems to have played most of the match and has been pretty in and under but doesn't seem hugely influential.

I love the look of Minchington's boots.

Yeah I got a similar impression. See how he goes next week if he's in.Bluthy wrote:Stevens hasn't impressed me today. Seems to have played most of the match and has been pretty in and under but doesn't seem hugely influential.

Best players: The whole f****** team.
Carlton, they are losers and bullies. Only pick on guys smaller than them.

Re: Match Thread v Blues JLT 2
Paddy's best game, purely because of the consistency of his involvement.
Has done something influential in each quarter, and worked hard the whole game.
Might not have hit the scoreboard, but has really contributed as a target and link-up.

Paddy was immense. 12 marks, all over the ground. Hope those talking about his lack of speed and workrate last week saw his game this week.Legendary wrote:Paddy's best game, purely because of the consistency of his involvement.
