Ta BS .............. I couldn't see any of those revolting tatts on his leg, usually they are visible, must have washed off in the cold southern tassie waters. From those long flowing locks of hair, looks like he's trying to transform himself from his bogan image to more a hipster, who will have a pony tail.
He's not quite that tall beside our Nick, just stockier by the looks. I thought he would be quite bigger than Nick.

8856brother - that's who I originally thought it was, but I bowed to Bernie Shakes better judgement that the fellow on the far right was Carlile. So I'll go back to my first thought, that it's Jack Steele......... be blowed if I can see anyone that looks like our first class bogan Jake Carlilse in that photo.
I hope Richo realised his one of his shoe laces was undone, can't have him tripping over it, making himself look like an old codger in front of the young 'uns can we?
