In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

That's simply not true. The process is the players get polled officially then then club makes a decision. Remember Hilary had it in the bag according to everyone. Joey indicated the players were leaning towards Geary but when they actually have to vote it could change. And then the club has to weigh it up all up. Otherwise you are saying the show process is a sham which is insulting to the club.lintonstreet wrote:Yep decision mademagnifisaint wrote:The cat's out of the bag. They might as well announce it now

Apparently Armo has been campaigning by saying he will deport all the Irish and NZ players from the club and build a wall around Linen House Centre. And his hair is looking really weird.loris wrote:As long as Hilary doesn't get the gigBluthy wrote:That's simply not true. The more I think about it I absolutely know the best person to captain us next year is St Nick.
He should continue even if it's not his preferred option. End of story

Plus infinity. If it ain't broken, don't fix it. Nick can have his farewell, victory lap in 2018, by which time Newnes or Ross will be ready.saynta wrote:Goose is king wrote:The more I think about it I absolutely know the best person to captain us next year is St Nick.

.St Kilda will unveil Jarryn Geary as its new captain in the coming days putting an official end to the Nick Riewoldt leadership era.
The 28-year-old former rookie has won the support of his teammates and coaches as the club prepares to ratify a transformed and relatively youthful leadership group which will not include Riewoldt

Yay but there will be a few on here having complete conniptions over this
