GT's palace in Brighton for sale!
He's looking for $9M plus it seems. And the Stewie did the Reno!
With land of 1400 sq m that alone would have to be worth 5 to 6 mil I'm thinking for that area.

Rod needs the money. I wonder if the infamous "loan" was ever repaid?
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

Mmmmmmmmm. Dodged a bullet myself there, Saynta. Get that invoice in early, as they say. Must have just made the cut.

GT has done pretty well since he finished with us.
Made a few million out of Clear View in NZ, although he's spent $2m+ in legals fighting for it the last 5 years. Trial finished mid-year, $20m claims both ways. Will be interesting to see the outcome.
He's done very well in Ferocia with Dom Pym - I think they employ 20+ people.
Ironically, Rod Butterss has lost everything. Very sad.

It will probably go to another Chinese buyer. Brighton house prices have gone through the roof so to speak and it's mainly due to foreign buyers but agents will say otherwise. Why wouldn't you want to cash in with the prices they are paying.

The view from the street is pretty uninspiring.
Given the location (and asking price), a glorious old ornate mansion would be more the go, surely(?)

I agree, Dave. The place is sterile and has no character. Just another overpriced 21st century McMansion.Dave McNamara wrote:The view from the street is pretty uninspiring.

I agree too but the Chinese don't seem to care and happily pay such prices if the postcode is 3186.
