Michael Barlow
He is still available can get him for next to nothing, I know we have now added Steele and Stevens and we will have Freeman available hopefully but surely another mature body who picks up alot of possessions would be handy ??

Re: Michael Barlow
He actually trained with us some years ago and we were considering offering him a spot. Didn't work out ..pity.
But he's too old now and struggled to get a game with a winless Freo

For each one we trade for we have to delist one of our present players.saynta wrote:He actually trained with us some years ago and we were considering offering him a spot. Didn't work out ..pity.

There's not much point if he spends the season at Sandy.

Re: Michael Barlow
We were going to draft him in 2007 but ended up re drafting the Gtrain.
He would have been handy for us between 08-11

Re: Michael Barlow
Another reason for me to continue my personal vendetta against RLyon
Even though the experiment of getting Gtrain out of retirement failed, Lyon still believed that he could take shortcuts to a premiership. He continued to top up with recycled rejects instead of developing our youngsters
Would have loved to had Mick Barlow in 2009-2010 but unfortunately for him, I think his time might be up...unless Hawthorn think he's Brad Sewell replacement
