Fisher Goddard White
Roberton Carlisle Gilbert
Riewoldt Armitage Montagna
Billings Bruce Acres
Gresham McCartin Membrey
Hickey Dunstan Steven
Weller Ross Newnes Freeman
Then you add Dempster, McKenzie, Webster, Geary and Longer.
And now Steele - plus Pick 10.
As I have put previously, we are now batting well into the 20's and heading to the 30's.
So some are going to be unlucky - but conversely we are building competition for places and depth.
Now for structure - and some depth with our structure.
And to realise that 3 of the players in the named 22 are veterans.
No room for Savage?
I don't know how you could leave Geary out -He was one of the best small defenders in the AFL last year.
He will most likely be captain.
NFI. Geary finished 2nd in the B&F, has been top 10 for years.
Goddard and White have it all to do to be considered in our best 22.

100% Agree with Dragit! Geary is close to first picked ATM! At this stage you'd say he's a 50/50 chance to be our skipper!!
Greater Western Sydney to pay big price for losing talented local Jack Steele to St Kilda
NEIL CORDY, The Daily Telegraph

NO club likes to lose talented young players like Jack Steele but the price the Giants pay in his home town of Canberra could be an expensive one.

“We presented to Jack, his management and his parents, Leon (Cameron), Craig (Cameron) and I which was a show of our desire to keep him. There was a longer tenure on offer, greater monetary value and more of a guarantee of playing senior footy (at St Kilda). We couldn’t match the three things they were talking about.”
Hard to argue with next years 2nd rounder. I wish we didn't keep dipping into our future picks though. Boxes you into a corner a bit. Welcome aboard Jack! The Jack locker room stencil will be well worn
