I cant see a more suited thread to put this, so here goes.
St.Kilda has selected Mitchell McCarthy (I may be wrong on the name) in the Indigenous/Multicultural academy or whatever. Mitchell is a tall Indigenous player from Dandenong, although he is as dark as Jade Gresham. Anybody have any idea on what we are to do with Mitchell? Do we rookie him or what?

We have nominated Mitch as our Indigenous/Multi Cultural rookie, but I dont understand what that means. Does he train with us or what? Do we have special access to him like the Northern clubs have to their Academy kids? Anybody know?
