Enough.
Stonecold, please desist from participating in the slanging match.
Not interested in who started it or, " He said that, so I said......."
If you continue it will be classified as an ongoing dispute which gives the mods more options in managing it.

Thanks guys.
Don't believe I'm baiting. No name calling etc. just posting my
Opinion & fact. Nothing wrong with that.

3. We were very disappointed in Marchbak.
4. There is no ' big name player ' we are after this year
5. Keep listening to Mr.Jaxons.
Hurley is 26 and was AA in 2015.
Of course we were 'interested'. All 17 clubs would be. This is not news.
Are we 'interested' in Fyfe? Yes. This is also not news. It is just obvious.
Big difference between 'interested' and 'getting'.

Careful Con, you might get done for baiting with that. A little bit to critical with the facts.
Myron Gaines wrote:Jaxons, who do you like in the draft at pick 10? Ben Ainsworth is the kid I desperately want. He's a tough nut that has brilliant hands, great goal sense & the potential to run through the midfield. He's a Robbie Gray type. The only issue is he will be strongly considered earlier on in the draft than our first selection. I hope we get some luck & land him.
Really dangerous of me to comment here as not sure whos' s looking.
If you remember my comments last year on draft day I told everyone here we were taking Gresham.
No chance Ainsworth will make it to pick 11 by the way!

Yea I know, very wishful thinking. The other guy I really like is Tim Taranto. Very powerful fwd-mid. He's more chance of being avail at our pick.
Yea I recall you saying something along the lines of "hopefully Richmond leave Gresham to us". Good call.

Your memory is spot on re my Richmond call on Gresh.
Taranto is flavour of the month and the big bolter.

President, Yes you're posting your opinions. And when you post jibes or derogatory commentary about another poster it's baiting. Commentary and posts aimed at the other poster and not the topic. For example :
"Thats cold! Stone cold some would say"
"True, if we kicked you everytime you were wrong you'd be nothing but dust"
"You should take your talents to bigfooty"
"Strike rate of stonecold"
"Mmhmmm. Trust someone with a decent track record, or someone who is about 0/15? Tough call"
Please stick to posting about the topic and not personal jibes or commentary about other posters.

I like to follow the draft & believe if we keep pick 10 we are a real show at getting a nice player there.
My guess for top 10 at this point & taking into account academy bidding:

Still am staggered at the general aggressive nature at fellow saints people on this site.
We all need to stick together and be loyal Saints people.
It's ok for people to have a different opinion that others don't agree with, doesn't mean they are bad people.

Or would they pay for that bid with the Melbourne pick?
GC have picks 4 & 8 based on their & Melbs ladder positions. In the scenario I proposed Bowes is bid on at 6 therefore pick 8 moves up to that position. That's how the academy bidding system works.

Myron is of course correct.
I would add to that the speculation of GC getting a 3rd pick is based on the possibility of a top 10 pick for Prestia from the Tigers (this is tbd).

Does he do ice-cream?
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Pick 10 Scrimshaw
Longer to Hawks, Hill to Freo, L Weller to Saints
Pick 28. Steele
Round 1, 2017 Dusty
Not out of the question, Bains got some work to do.
Were in a unique Position to grab 3 guaranteed guns. Im sure Bains and co are planning this very scenario.
Not sure why people here Rate Longer, seems slow and average ... Hickey much better a fluppin star!! and Pierce more upside.
Lets get some value for Longer.
Hoping Hawks cant get vickery and want longer.
