You are right he played for Melbourne not us. One I did miss from Carlton was Sheldon.

Looking at our trade history over the last 40 years, whilst we've pick up some good player I'd suggest that only the G-Train and maybe Aaron Hamill would be considered game changing champions with hopefully Hickey showing future potential.
We spend a lot of energy searching for the Messiah (which we should) but history suggests that that person is very hard to attract and by themselves isn't going to make us a real contender. Still fun to dream.

I'm pretty sure Lazar was originally recruited by North Melbourne. Nevertheless, he did play all of his senior career with St.Kilda.OldGeorgeYoung wrote:
