Re: Dwayne Russell
He's always hated the Saints. He used to put the boot into us on 774 all the time before his commercial career gathered a trickle of momentum.
He'd like to be considered relevant. He's not. He's a second rate commentator with an over inflated sense of self worth. Just ignore him. Most of the footy world does.

He's an out and out flog!!! I can't stand it when he is on a saints game. He is the worst caller on TV.
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

Re: Dwayne Russell
NDS never had any trouble putting his head over the footy and in fact was regularly wrapped in a bandage around the head. My recollection of the 'bruise free' stuff was when Ross tried to change his position to more of a flanker, a position he wasn't used to. Early days, he was as hard at it, as anysunsaint wrote:well Im confusedWhite Winmar wrote:You can tell a lot about a man's character by the way he goes about his football. I've often thought that rather than use psych. tests, interviews and assessment centres to test job candidates, all I'd really need to do is throw them all out onto a football field,

.
over in the other thread you said you developed and worked with AFL pysch tests for 14 years
from the above what would be your assessment of NDS
hardly a bruise on him in his whole career
that would be a subjective "opinion" -yes?
St. Kilda Football Club. Going strong, since 1960

Re: Dwayne Russell
I think people have forgotten how hard he was to tackle hence the bruise free reference
