You can tell a lot about a man's character by the way he goes about his football. I've often thought that rather than use psych. tests, interviews and assessment centres to test job candidates, all I'd really need to do is throw them all out onto a football field,

NDS never had any trouble putting his head over the footy and in fact was regularly wrapped in a bandage around the head. My recollection of the 'bruise free' stuff was when Ross tried to change his position to more of a flanker, a position he wasn't used to. Early days, he was as hard at it, as any
