Eddie was so much in love with Buuuuuucks that he contrived the whole Shytehouse handover scheme.
Shytehouse hated it and cracked the sooks which undermined their 2011 season and could well have cost them a flag.
Now it turns out Bucks is a B grade coach but Eddie can't easily sack him as that would be admitting he was wrong.
What an enjoyable situation!

You can't spend any time developing the players and team because Eddie's ego insists you try to win every game and play finals every year.
