Re: Match day thread
Ok, here we go. Possibly Fisher's last game and Rooey's last as captain? More Lions fans here than Saints thus far.

That crumb and goal is the perfect example of why we need Lonie.
Tall, marking forward that crash packs CREATE so much opportunity for people like Lonie.

Re: Match day thread
Bloody lazy effort from a few Saints. Like the look of White, Dmac doing well- pretty ordinary work around the packs, but I guess it's the last game for the year

I didn't notice him.
Meanwhile, Rooey putting on a clinic in maybe his last game as captain.

Re: Match day thread
White down in the rooms with an arm problem.
Wright & Dmac's run and carry is really important and enjoyable to watch.
Roberton is really a general down there, very calm and composed, always makes good decisions.
White seemed to fit in pretty well down there.
We might not have big key backs, but we've got an abundance of medium/tall lanky, fast & attacking defenders

Great day at the footy with sun shining celebratory feeling in the air good vibes. Rooey vintage display acres looking dangerous again brissy having a crack maybe trying to save lepper Bruce sticking some marks

22 points from pushing Brisbane to the spoon - lift your game boys!!!!!

Re: Match day thread
loving this game... got a fair bit of drama about it and we are playing some nice football. but like our season we're playing hot and cold.
hope we come out after halftime and put them away.

Re: Match day thread
Abundant is not good.
You need enough in each area... Because if you are abundant in one area
You are short in another
We are abundant in the ruck and medium back and small forward
Light on... Midfield, Key back and key forward
