I applied for one of the free tickets and got an email confirming it.
In the original instructions it says to print off the ticket.

But the email has no attachment or barcode to print off.

Is anyone else having a problem with it?

the PRINT TICKET option was on the order page once you logged in and followed all the email instructions.
I just did for mine no problems

Yeah I downloaded the PDF file for PRINT TICKET. Strange that the confirmation email didn't include a PDF attachment for it, though.

Thanks - I managed to print one off using my wife's membership.

But there is no way I can find to print off mine.
It won't let me order another one (limit reached) and when i log on to my account I can't find any option to find it much less print it.
Stupid system as normally when you buy a ticket online you print it off from the confirming email.
