I just think we need to be realistic. Not just name good players randomly who arent available and even if they were we wouldnt have the currency to get.

Rance is worth about three players. If it wasnt for him Richmond would lose by 100 + points every week. Just cant imagine a scenario how we could land him.

I think we are a real chance to land Hurley. We have the cap space due to the Carlisle suspension and the resultant salary cap relief. He grew up barracking for St. Kilda and I think if it comes down to a choice between us and Footscray, he will choose us.
And for the record:

Leigh Matthews was the best player I have ever seen.
Tony Lockett was the best St. Kilda player I have ever seen, and second best player I have ever seen.
