5 Membrey - was a constant threat every time the ball went forward. Read the ball so well and strong hands today. Better goal kicking and he could have slaughtered it out there.
4 Geary - his best game for a long time. 2 goals WTF!!!!, great marking and couldn't remember an error from him.
3 Roberton - is blossoming with the extra responsibility as a key defender. Was a great attacking force, as well as providing really good cover. And a goal!
2 Joey - not sure why people rag on him - father time is catching up with him a bit but is still one of our most creative play makers and knows how to get the footy.
1 Weller - was the second dangerous prong in our forward line today with Bruce still looking a bit off. His pressure and tackling is great too.

Tackling was brutal. Great team effort today. Viney had just kicked a huge goal from outside 50 which seemed to spark the Demons but Rooy's desperation negated their momentum. His spoil on the goal line (which required the goal umpire checking the video replay) was inspirational and his desperation was not just a great display of timing and athleticism but it came just at the right time. Rooy's leadership was outstanding (even if a few shots at goal went astray from the superstar) and I gave him 1 vote in front of Joey, Robbo, Seb, Luke and Steven.
