I've seen two different sets of stats from the game Murray played for Port. One says he got a kick, the other says he didn't.
I asked him at one of the family days and he said he never got a kick in his game for Port Adelaide, which means his first kick for the Saints and his first kick in AFL was a goal.
Capuano kicked a goal with his first kick for the Saints.

Well I only really go by two sites for stats…
http://stats.rleague.com/afl/stats/play ... urray.html
http://www.finalsiren.com/PlayerStats.asp?PlayerID=904
both of them state that he had one kick for Port…
and the AFL site does not mention that he is a player to kick a goal with his first kick…

Sorry, but I still don't understand...SaintBot wrote:murray was kickless in his first AFL match for port adelaide. and we are looking for players who kicked a goal with their first kick in a stkilda jumper. so fiora and heatly dont count nor does cappulano because he played for the roos before coming to the saints.
so their is still 2 more players...
You want players that have kicked a goal with their first kick in a Saints jumper, but then you say that Capuano doesn't count because he played for the Roos before coming to us...
Also the AFL and two stats sites say that Murray had 1 kick when he played his only game for Port...

What is your source SaintBot?
If St. Fid quotes the AFL site and you say it is not complete then what is your source that contradicts it?
I'm not saying that the AFL site is always 100% accurate (I think they are wrong about Allan Murray and John Stephens) but unless you watch every game ever played it is difficult to come up with a definitive list.

Saintbot, your questions tend to be a little ambigous
The players who played with others, does "never scored a goal" apply to their whole career or just their time at St Kilda?
If people answer correctly in dribs and drabs, what does someone have to do to earn the honour of asking the next question??
