Re: Goddard!!!!!
Confusing?
Goddards first half shows you why all of those calls for him vs the WCE were folly
Not ready for the big boys... And with that much pressure on the ball... Bruce Doull wouldn't have stopped anyone anyway

In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Re: Goddard!!!!!
It would only be 12 months if ruptured. We don't know the extent of the injury.

Re: Goddard!!!!!
Prior to his injury he was disappointing. Nerves probably played a big part, But let us all hope his injury is not as serious as feared at this stage,

Didn't Healy say he wouldn't be sitting there in his moon boot if it was ruptured?magnifisaint wrote:That's what they reckon. It's ruptured.longtimesaint wrote:It would only be 12 months if ruptured. We don't know the extent of the injury.

Re: Goddard!!!!!
Not sure it was nerves
I'd say he's not good enough to man Jenkins at this stage... Particularly with such a lack of pressure from the midfield

That's right. He said he would be off to hospital if ruptured.

I'd also say a couple of the frees against him were soft as butter.BigMart wrote:Not sure it was nerves

Re: Goddard!!!!!
very sad news for HG. I still have hopes he can become a AA defender.
TIME FOR LEE this is his chance he has to come in now and make it or break it.

Re: Goddard!!!!!
Goddard actually looked quite good man on man, but if not under the ball far too slow. Feel sorry for the kid, hope he's good for mid next year.
