Match day thread - Saints v Crows
Jimmy Webster a chance to redeem himself given D-Mac is sick
Scott Thompson out, Crouch in.
Nobody expecting anything of the Saints, this year that tends to suit the Saints better.
Hopefully the Crows not expecting anything of them either.

Shame it's our thrashing week (every third round) and the sun is out so should be a dry ground.

As ex-president Peter Summers said:

Re: Match day thread - Saints v Crows
As usual in our interstate games, the first quarter is all important. Too often we are blown away, fearful of making mistakes or giving away frees. Mind you, a errant figure only needs to go near an opposition shoulder and the free goes their way. An even first quarter won't guarantee a win but it will at least keep the game alive.

Contesting well, but need to play a bit closer- giving the Crows way too much room to set up. Midfield not putting enough pressure on.

Re: Match day thread - Saints v Crows
Billings attempt to tackle Jacobs was pathetic. Really ordinary effort.
