Re: Petracca
Petracca will be a good player for the Dees but he was a man child playing in the TAC Cup and I wonder how much growth or improvement he has left.
From the look of his dear mother he might have to work twice as hard to keep himself in shape

As was Judd and J Selwood, P Cripps. Same for Dunstan. They were pretty much physically ready to go at 18/19.BigMart wrote:Luke Parker was a 'man child'

Anthony Banik was a man child ......... though he did play for Richmond which might explain a few thingsCon Gorozidis wrote:As was Judd and J Selwood, P Cripps. Same for Dunstan. They were pretty much physically ready to go at 18/19.BigMart wrote:Luke Parker was a 'man child'

Shocked. I thought it looked as though Petracca's Dad is punching above his weight.Devilhead wrote:Petracca will be a good player for the Dees but he was a man child playing in the TAC Cup and I wonder how much growth or improvement he has left.

Re: Petracca
Anthony Banik was 175cm wasn't he??
My point was that Luke Parker lasted way too long in the draft (40s) when everyone knew he was a gun
The following fallacies are now debunked in recruiting
Too short
Too developed
It's pretty simple
Good AFL players are generally very good underage players

He may well end up being a player but I wouldn't judge it based on last night. Pretty much running around witches hats!
