From different reports we seem to be interested in Lahie Whitfield, Dylan Sheil, Josh Kelly. But maybe we should throw some energy into luring away Jarrod Pickett and Paul Ahern, both quick mids who have yet to get a game with GWS. Pickett was taken with Pick 4 and Ahern Pick 10, both in 2014 from memory.

So much panic over GWS in the media, anyone would think they 6 games clear at the top of the ladder, not in amongst the pack at 5th! They punished a lazy and (frankly) due Hawthorn, who have got off to a similar start to next year, I don't see it as a key indicator. They're a good chance to lose in WA this weekend.
I agree that their list is ripe for the picking though, and I'm sure they'd invite it knowing that good draft picks will come in as a result.

I honestly cant see anyone beating GWS from 2017-2020. I reckon they will win three or four flags in a row. Absolutely ludicrous. The AFL has put the mighty dollar above the integrity of the competition yet again and we will all suffer for it. The Saints are performing brilliantly but the playing field is not a fair one.degruch wrote:So much panic over GWS in the media, anyone would think they 6 games clear at the top of the ladder, not in amongst the pack at 5th! The way they were given two entire drafts to rape and pillage ....
Clubs allowed it at the time... Because they didn't lose any current players .... But didn't stop to think that they were creating a monster.
For every player that gets stolen from there.... In comes another DP
