and the Seniors have a bye Next week

Sandringham players are linked with their' local' club or 'a' local club.
But Saints players face a break of 3 weeks before being able to play again..

would they be planning a 'mini Intra club' for those trying to get a spot in the Saints team.

Sandy Devl team have 2 weeks of byes' so anyone Not selected in a fortnight faces an effective 3 week break- with only 14 able to be selected for the seniors-

Blake Acres (33 disposals, nine marks, seven clearances, five inside 50s, four tackles)

“Blake played in the midfield and also pushed forward. When he was forward he worked high up the ground and was good at linking up in that row. At times he found himself a little bit deep wanting to be a marking player, he needs to keep working to get that balance right. When he was in the middle he was our equal best clearance player and our leading possession winner so he had a pretty good game.”

Ayres provided a pathway for current St Kilda assistant coach Peta Searle, who assisted him on game day at Port Melbourne before her appointment.

It comes as the VFL reserves, known as the development league, are under threat given the decline in participating teams. Sandringham are believed to be another team considering dropping their development league team, if they enter a further alignment agreement with St Kilda at the end of the season.

"We're aligned with the St Kilda Sharks (women's team) and they've been going quite well this year," Ayres said
