Skills down as expected.
Intensity is good.
I don't like our bombing into the forward line. It's too predictable. I understand Bruce is an elite contested mark and if it falls to ground Lonie and Billings are buzzing around. But why not try to hit up Membrey for example.

Was it just me or did they mess up the time keeping in the first quarter and it ended up going for something like 34 minutes? Long quarter considering no time on except for last 5 minutes. Anyone at the ground notice the quarter time clock?

Look short of a gallop towards the end of quarters which is fair enough. Looking good at times.... however it looks like we're still going to really struggle to bring the ball out of the back half. Gees... some of those turnovers are like sticking pins into your eyes.

A number of our players are too easily slipped on the turn - they are very slow - especially on the backline.

Jack Lonie is one of the few who can pinpoint passes. We are getting slaughtered in the ruck. There doesn't seem to be any option in that regard. Maybe they will tire.

They are playing normal season time of 20 minutes plus time on. The countdown clock wasn't working in the first qtr so it was counting up and then they got it to work in countdown mode with 3 minutes to go.

As for 8cres, he has been really disappointing. I was hoping he could start to come good this year.
