Well he's contracted til 2017 so not panic stations or anything. With this new collective bargaining agreement being worked out this year, player managers would be pushing players to put off negotiations until they know how much exactly will be in the pot and know just how far they can push. Probably the same with Bruce. He's WA boy isn't he so WC and Freo are going to be sniffing around. I'd hate to see him leave Melbourne at such a young age. Players should show some loyalty to clubs that take a chance recruiting them.

We should focus on extending Bruce's contract before worrying about who else may or may not become available.
