Agree 10O%, it's not the captain type example to young players. In Roos case it's not just the way Roo leads on the field, he's an impeccable person off it. We need a bit of a knock about lad leading that everyone can relate. Hodge is like that. Armo looks like he creates a good atmosphere at the club where playes enjoy being. I love Rooey but he does come across as having a bit of a stick up his ass.
