Ok so we have picks 5 and 23 in the Rookie Draft.

Here are some of the available players. What do people think we will do?

What happened to Rookie listing Farren Ray? Did he decide that he didn't want to do that and instead chance his arm in the various drafts? Would we pick him up as a Rookie given we already committed to Saunders?

Wouldn't mind grabbing a tall pure midfielder such as Murray or Parsons but I don't really know much about them

Parsons for me 189cm mid with pace and penetrating kick.

Some of the phantom drafts had Parsons going in the 40s in the National Draft - one had him as high as 26!

Fair to say he will probably go in the first 4 picks of the Rookie draft - unless there is something we dont know.

I am not keen on taking WA boys nowadays, but Jesse Glass-McCasker would have to be a chance. A 198cm defender.

There is another boy from WA as well.

Loris mentioned him before. I know the name but it was given to me in confidence.

Greg Clarke was the WA captain at the nationals and an AFL academy player. He's 194cm.

Saunders is not currently on the rookie list guys, we have to use a pick to get him, and hope another club doesnt pick him before us to grab him.

James Parson would be a great get, should of been picked in the main draft for sure, and he is a tall mid and has speed and a great kick. What St.Kilda identfied they want, so get him Saints!

I had a look at him, does have a good big kick and goes hard at it. Parsons I'm still most keen on. The exact kind of player we need and has massive potential.
