Well to look at things from Jake,
He nominated the Saints because thats where he thought he could best improve as a player and thats where he thought the best club culture he could go to.
He got caught red handed with the drugs saga being a party boy, embarrassed by it, Took it on the chin and wants to improve his image.
Had a run in with BJ at the bombers, but also Hugh is at the Saints (hoping to mend bridges)
Lives other side of the city and needs to relocate, but has no friends at the Saints to bunk in with and hasn't done himself any favours,
He voluntarily agrees to train early in part of his repentance for the ACA videos

Not sure if its xbox or PS but the word is that he plays footy and then plays games and that's about it (well plus perhaps a little of the recreational drugs that fit in with that kick back lifestyle). Confirms what I, and others, be sayin. We are dealing with a pretty immature cat here who has issues. Not beyond redemption but after all the s*** that's gone down why isn't he aiming to get to the club an hour and half early to make 100% gold certified he is ready to go for practice. Settle in, get changed, socialise, talk to the physio/medical dudes, do some laps, have a good in depth chat with any coaches around, kick back and watch the video footage of St Kilda games from last year to get a feel for your new teammates, Richo's game style etc. Jesus I play lower grade hockey and if I'm late for training my coach and team mates get into me. And I work full time. The best players in this game make no excuses, ever.
