Usually at Seaford, and outside between 10 and 12. But it does change depending. Trained in the sun this morning with lots of hard running and ball skills. As in previous years they're all super fit. Hate to put the mocka on them but Blake and Seb have come back in top nick. As has Nathan.
They did probably 10 continuous 400 m sprints with a minute slow jogging in between where they ALL had to get through in under 60 seconds. Mission accomplished. Paddy is still having a slight problem with his levels but compared to last year he's 200% better.
Jake gave lots of encouragement to the boys.
Thanks Tony for sharing keep them coming! Shame the club isn't updating us...

Still modified. There's a few that have a different training schedule. Modified tends to make you think it's not as intense. I can assure you Jake is working his butt off. Some of the modified programs are actually harder than the main stream.

Dumb joke

In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

10 x 400m in under 60 seconds. Wow, they're awesomely fit. Makes me realise just how good they are as athletes.

My mate played for Sydney in the early 80's when they had to do 100 100's and weren't even allowed water in between. Maybe the silliest thing in footy.

That's insane.

Just doing 1 x 400m under 60 secs would put you up there as a very good athlete would it not?
Minimum qualifying time for the Rio olympics for 400 metres is 49.5. So if you can run 400 metres in 49.5 you're good enough to go to the Olympics. 10 x 400m under 60 seconds is pretty impressive.
