Huh?
See how quickly we forget these things .
Memory's fine, but I reckon there might just be a little embellishment in your original submission, hence the "Huh?".

Humorous intent, or different memory to mine?

there were dick picks but there was a mystery homoerotic video that friends claim to have seen but been unable to show me.
Ok I'm interested in your version of what happened that night ..?

Could this video of Jake be a stunt by his former team mates who feel betrayed by Jake wanting out and calling the club farked is this payback it looks like a cut and paste job , can you hack Instagram ..heads will roll if true.

If we had recruited Ben Cousins we would have a flag now.

You need to stop replaying it on your phone. Saying it once is stupid enough.

Yep, wouldn't have heard about if he got traded to Hawthorn.

Footballer takes illicit drugs. pfft.

So long as we haven't recruited a choirboy wimp. He can play and we may well have the last laugh

A red flag.

Plus an exodus of supporters and sponsors.

People should be a little more pissed off about this. It comes out two days ago and no way is pick 5 handed over for this headcase.

Serious stitch up.

Many things can happen from here
1. It turns out that Carlisle did snort the coke- We take it to the AFL and plead our case and ask for compensation; welcome back pick 5. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of a player who just joined our club.
2. It turns out that Carlisle did snort the coke- We make a statement that we think we can turn things around and he won't be doing it at our club. We had no clue, it's just the culture at the old club, etc. Just a month or two ago Harley Bennell was much more evidently caught doing the same thing. He's at a new club and will still be playing next year. It can't be any different with Jake-can it?
3. It's found to be a stitch up- We're not held responsible and ACA/Essendon/Some other flog is held responsible.
4. Carlisle snorted flour or something else as a joke- We clear it up by having him come home and pass a drugs test, we discipline him and say it's not acceptable even as a joke, happy days.

I think we will lose some reputation. But I don't think we will come out worse from a list management perspective. Still, we will have to be very, very careful about this.

Interestingly the Ages is not reporting it at all and the Hun puts it all on to ACA saying

a man ACA identifies as Jake Carlisle, then

a whitle line on the table the head goes out of shot and then someone is seen to snort the line.

Being very careful is the H-S.

Maybe a legal letter has gone out????

If you've been on the social medias lately the blame is being put quite solely on St Kilda. It won't get much better from there.

It is a shame this has taken the shine of a good get in Carlisle. Hoping this will blow over as it really is a storm in a teacup.

Just hoping Slobbo makes a better choice after the garbage printed about west coast a couple of days before their grand final and not make this a back page spread trying to keep a sinking ship in the Herald Sun afloat.

Let get back to being excited about the future. Carlise and Freeman are great gets for our rebuild. Hoping Weller and Rice will be nice icing on the cake.

I agree lets make a statement by publicly stating that 'it's a shame Jake has been allowed to make poor choices as a result of neglect and lack of direction from his former club, but we at the St.Kilda FC will ensure we nurture and support him to make better decisions with strong leadership and a healthy, professional environment.'

What - from the stress of the transfer process?

F#@k me...just get thru telling my son we just drafted a great new player to the club and watched his highlights...then this crap comes to light....can't anything be straightforward ffs.
Never ever deal with the Bombers again...absolutely toxic culture.
They new about Lovett and they would've known about Jake.....just shameful. Then had  to explain to my son what snorting cocaine means and what the hell that has to do with StKilda football club...and no son I'm very sure Lenny wouldn't have done that!

We asked for this by drafting an immature peanut. You can't say we weren't warned.

And yet again we trade out a top draft pick for more immediate success ... it was stupid in 2013 and yet we attempt it again in 2015.

Idiots.

club MUST get on front foot
Demand the TRUTH and a response fro Carlisle
IF true - we insist we have been deceived by an underhanded cheating scum bag club and player manager and demand our pick back.
IF not true Jake takes legal action to clear his name and ACA are ordered to hand over video supplier

there certainly were plenty of stories on him being a drop kick and the old adage of bringing in shonky characters is a lesson we seem destined not to learn

mind you, Hawks were too clearly...

Good to explain to your kids about drugs - what better opportunity? Also about the legal process - guilty until proven innocent. Also that Kerry Packer - the dead King of ACA liked high class call girls...oops alleged..maybe true.
I think the question has to be asked - How could Tracey Grimshaw - the bacon sandwich loving host of ACA, and massive St Kilda supporter give this croc of s*** airplay - in an alleged sense.

The pick is gone, it aint coming back.

That said, the video maybe what it is alleged to be, but come on, a video recording of a video recording of a stitched together video? That is all you need now to publicly cast aspersions on a persons character?

Seriously?

bratty has posted that he has "flatly denied" through his manager of taking anything.

Good deny deny deny. Cant prove a thing apart from being a dumbass and we already knew that
I'll be honest I don't trust Jake or his manager. I bet you they knew of this video and didn't tell us. And now we have to deal with this s***. This guy has trouble following him. Needs to make every post a winner from now on. It's not panic time but punching team-mates, bad mouthing your club on field and drug stuff are signs that this guy has issues. I'm hoping Richo will be like a father figure to him and settle him down.
Who was the poster who asked me repeatedly if Carlisle had off field issues. I think the answer to that is a big clear yes.
